Delivery Policy

JoyCigs.Com currently ships to Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

We will dispatch your order by Airmail Registered Mail.

Orders paid by Credit Cards are shipped within 2 business days after order date.

Estimated delivery times are 15 - 23 business days from the shipping date, not from the order date.

Shipping cost is €5.50 per carton.

Usually a signature is not required upon package receipt. However if a parcel cannot be delivered, (no-one at home), the postman will leave you a notice requiring to collect your parcel from the post office within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to us.
